POOL ENCLOSURE AT JURMALA HOTEL, LATVIA

The owner decided to upgrade the hotel’s offer so guests can enjoy the pool all year round and in all weather conditions. Mission accomplished: with its telescopic system, the enclosure opens and closes in a matter of minutes and allows guests to enjoy all the benefits of an indoor or an outdoor pool.

The primary aim of our design office is to adapt the enclosure so that it does not look out of place. Every professional enclosure is uniquely designed. The roof of the hotel has not one, but two enclosures which join together and work in perfect harmony for the benefit of the pool area.

These two remarkable pool enclosures were manufactured at our factory before being shipped halfway across Europe to Latvia and fitted onto the roof of the Sea Breeze hotel. The larger (23 m long x 11 m wide) and the smaller structure were both fitted by our expert installation team. Since 1987, Abridéal has used tempered safety glass to manufacture its pool enclosures. This roof-based pool enclosure is made entirely of tempered safety glass which is a material approved by building standards and widely used in public access buildings (CE marked and compliant with NF P920-309). Very few companies are able to offer this roof-based glass solution. That is despite the numerous advantages of the material, including its total transparency and durability.
